Supporting Anxious Children: Wednesday, May 13, 2026 at 7:30 PM (Atlantic)

This webinar is for parents who want to better understand what is happening inside their anxious child’s mind and body, and how to respond in ways that build lasting confidence.

We will explore how anxiety works in the body, what keeps it going, how it can show up in everyday behaviour, and how to support children through big emotions. You will learn what supportive responses include, why steady limits matter, and how clear, predictable reactions from adults help children grow more capable.

This session is appropriate for parents of children ages 3 to 17 across a range of anxiety levels. Whether your child has a diagnosis or simply struggles at times, you will leave with practical strategies you can begin using right away.

This webinar is educational in nature and does not constitute therapy or clinical advice. Individual concerns cannot be addressed during the session.
